My Form "Application Form" keeps getting disabled!! just this one form? why does this keep happening I don't understand what reason u have to disable my form Everytime I create it!! It always disables after a day or half a day!!??
Can u not disable it, cant I gist keep it working??

This form is raising our phishing detector's alert flag because of the password fields you have added on it. Email and password field combos are usually found in phishing forms, hence our system thinks that your form is doing something that's illegal.
I have reactivated your account but I also deleted the password fields in this form to prevent it from triggering our phishing detector once again.
I suggest that you auto-generate a password (using an autoresponder) for your users instead of them providing their own.
