I am not receiving my forms

    My clients have been going to my web site and filling out contact us, membership request and screening request and I am not receiving them for hours in my email box so I finally just got my password reset on my jotform account and logged in and the clients that told me they submitted the forms are not in my jotform account either. Can you please look into the issue and let me know why please.
