I am a Realtor in Raleigh NC. I currently have a form called my New Home Buyer Survey. When buyers inquire about finding and buying a new home I send them this survey. It's a Word document that I brought into Acrobat Pro and turned into a form that people could fill out and submit to me. When it works properly it comes to me as an email attachment. However most of the time people seem to have trouble with this process so I ask them to save the PDF file to their computer then send the survey to me as an email attachment. Even then some forms come back with nothing in the fields. So I am looking or a more robust, more flexible, better looking survey that want have any submission issues. However, there is one feature I have to have. When they submit the form they just filled out when I get it I see all of the field descriptions. Example: Name: ____________ Phone Number ____________ Email: _______________ What features do you need in your new home? _______________________etc. I want to be able to print out the survey with all of the questions/fields on the printed version so that when I am sitting in front of my computer ready to set up their home search I'm not reading the results off of some Excel spreadsheet where it's not easy to know for all fields what questions the answers are pertaining to. In addition to that when the buyers and I finally meet I need to have that survey there with me to go over it with the buyers to make sure I'm not missing anything or that they haven't changed their minds. So does your tool provide a way for a buyer to send me their survey results with all of the questions, check boxes, etc identified and can I print it out so that what is printed looks like what is see online - with all field labels?
I've read great reviews about your product but it would seem to me that a product that does not allow the printing of the actual survey with all field labels shown, if desired, is a product that still comes up short.
I would appreciate your prompt response.

Just to add on this.
You can setup the Notification Email on your form that contains the questions/answers of the form.
