Just to verify that I've understood your question; You'd like to know if you can reply to a user directly after they've submitted your form? 

Yes, that is possible. To do this you would need to select the existing email field where your user fills in their email as the "reply-to" address. You'll be able to reply to the users email id by adding this field.

However, some email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, etc are not supported with this feature and they don't display "reply-to" email addresses.

However, if it is a case where you want to send an auto reply to your users when they submit your JotForm you can achieve this using the Auto-Responder feature.
