So I have a form that requests a signature (Smooth Signature) for legal reasons. Unfortunately, when it's submitted, the signature is only linked to in the email it isn't embedded as an attachment. This is bad because I lose record of the signature if I delete the submission within Jotform.
So I thought to save the submissions as PDFs, but the signature is missing completely from the PDF and I have no idea why. The image uploads appear just fine.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I can't seem to reproduce the issue you're having with the email notification as the signature shows up in it. Please see screenshot below.
Submission page:
AutoResponder:
Email Notification:
I would advise you check the notifiers on your form.
Then,
However, for the downloaded PDF copy of the submission, I was able to see what you mean.
This can be fixed by customizing your PDF using this button
Once you're on the PDF Design page. Position each question and its corresponding answer accordingly by dragging. You may resize each fields using the double-headed arrow when you place your mouse cursor in any field corner.
Once you have arranged the question fields and answer fields properly, save the changes you made using the save button.
As for the result:
I hope this helps. If you have any questions or if you have any trouble doing the instructions above, please let us know so we may further help you. Thank you.

I have a similar problem. The signature looks ok on the notification and responder. Its only when you print or download a PDF that the signature drops off.
So you can see the signature on the page but this information goes missing on the way to the printer or when you create a PDF. Also when you select for the PDF to be sent to the responder email then this also does not have the signature picture either. Although the signature fields are visable

@Mike_G Does that work for every PDF from now on or do I have to manually edit each PDF before I download it?
