Please try first re-embedding the form to your Godaddy website page using its iframe embed code.

Follow this steps to get the iframe embed code

    #1 Click on Embed Form

    #2 Click Embed

#3 In the Embed options list, select Iframe

    #4 Copy the code.

When I put my form into my Godaddy webpage the submit and print this form buttons to not show up Image 1 Screenshot 20

The copied code, you can now use it and re-embed the form code to your website page.

Make sure your clean/clear first the previous script embedded code of the form before you re-embed using the iframe code.

Let us know if still not resolve.

    Hi Jonathan,

Thank You for your response. I continued to work on the form after sending my support request. I was able to resolve the problem by trial and error. The solution I found was to remove all the page breaks from the form. During my trial and error approach I did not try the iframe embedded code because I thought most things that start with an "i" are for Apple computers and I have a PC. I will try the iframe embedded code on the next form I create that has a "Submit" button and will see if that works for me.

OH as a side note, if the "Secure Code" check box is not selected in the embed screen, the jotform does not show up at all on Godaddy web builder. I'm guessing Godaddy web builder requires only secure code?

    Thanks

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Glad to hear that the form seems to be working on your end now. Although, I'm not sure if the problem lies in the page breaks.

You can try cloning your form by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account. Add the page breaks again, re-embed the form using the iFrame code but make sure to set the form secure or SSL enabled, here's a guide that you can refer: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Do let us know if that helps.
