Greetings. I have a client who is interested in using your forms for his site. He would have approximately 20 separate forms, one for each of his employees. Each form would need to be sent to each employee's email account. So each form would have a unique recipient/email address. I wanted to make sure that this was possible before I suggest he sign up. Thanks for your help.

Yes, this is very much possible in JotForm.
Each form can have its own Notification E-mail on it.
You can set the Recipient E-mail of each Notification to that of the employee's email account.
