A form for ordering multiple items ?

Hello

We need to create a t-shirt order form so the a customer can order for example 6 T shirts all of different sizes and colours but using the one form. The form would not be used to purcahse from but to be used for proofing the item

ie. something like "add to basket" to keep a running list that can then then be emailed to us via a Jotform
