Hello,
I am new to jot for and I love ease of your interface, My only concern is that when a form gets submitted I don't see my terms and conditions. I only see the information that they have typed in and your basic terms and condition. In the case of a lawsuit that will not be sufficient in court. Am I missing something? is there a way to see my entire form?

You need to enable that option in order to show your terms and condition in you PDF submission, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission
