Glad to hear that it is now working on your end.

We received reports from our developers that there's an issue with our CDN provider earlier, which might be the caused of this problem. But they have already made a fixed on this.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Thank You.

    Hi,

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I just verified a couple of your forms. I was not able to to reproduce your issue.

Could you please indicate if you are still having this issue and if this is occurring in a particular browser.

    Regards

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I'm also unable to replicate the problem.

I tried to view this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43314706116952 in IE 8, IE 9, IE 10 and Microsoft Edge.

Could you kindly check if there's an extension/plugin/add-on in your IE that's blocking or preventing our scripts? IE 8 and IE 9 are quite old versions and I'm not sure if it is recommended to stay on that version. You can try first disabling the plugin or extension, see if that gives you a better result. Here's a guide that you can refer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-PH/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-11

    We'll wait for your response.

My proxy is blocking this feature. Which IP and Port is used in jotform?

    CSS?

    Hello infosd,

We are using CloudFlare CDN and that means the JotForm IPs will always change. I would suggest you to enable www.jotformpro.com and submit.jotformpro.com

Can you please if your proxy is blocking any specific scripts location like cdn.jotfor.ms

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
