We currently are able to login into our Jotform account using the credentials of an employee who is no longer with the association. How can we have a new contact for our Jotform account and not lose all the forms we currently have?

If you have access to the account you can change both the email and the password:
If you want we can also change your username. For that please make the request while logged in to the account and let us know 3 usernames by order of preference.
