    Dear support member,

I have 6 customers which are offering parking lots, carport and garages which are located next to the Munich airport.

The "normal - sized" web pages already exist. Now I want to offer them a mobile optimized alternative.

I have created such a mobile site.

But i am having a problem with the form where the potential searchers for a parking lot can enter their specific data.

The forms page is as follows.

    http://www.mobilewebseite.mobi/parkservice/parplatzreservierung.html

    Problem description:

When I first viewed the first trial of the form I noticed, that some of the form fields  were not showing up on a seperate row by themselves.

Some of the form fields (required to be filled out, or not) were showing up next to each other on the same row.

I forced the form fields, which were expected to show up in a row by themselves, by

"create a new row" and then placing them into the newly created row.

I tested the newly created form in different emulators/simulators like "mobilizer", "iphone tester" etc. etc. and the form showed up as I wanted it look like.

Everything seemed to be o.k.   "hurray"

Then I tested the form on an iphone of a friend and hoops the following fields didn´t show up left hand sided (as they showing up in the emulators & simulators):

Form field labeled: "Anzahl erwachsene Reisende"

Form field labeled: "Anzahl Kinder und deren Alter"

    Form field labeled: "Sperrgepäck"

    Form field labeled: "Coupon Code"

    Form field labeled: "Newsletter"

All of the above mentioned form fields were showing up together with another form field in the same row, to the right of the other form field.

What needs to be done, to force all of the form fields to show up in a seperate row, forced to the left hand side?

How can I use the same form for all of my customers that are offering car parking solutions without creating them over and over again?

How can I copy the form onto another website?

    Kind regards

    Gerhard

    Hello Gerhard,

    Thank you for contacting us.

What needs to be done, to force all of the form fields to show up in a seperate row, forced to the left hand side?

Could you please expand all the fields to see if that makes any difference?

If that does not work, please let us know.

How can I use the same form for all of my customers that are offering car parking solutions without creating them over and over again?

It is possible to use the same form on several websites. You may also want to use a Clone feature, just right click on your form from the main menu, and then use the Clone Form option.

How can I copy the form onto another website?

The process is the same, you just need to embed the code.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
