Adding form to Facebook group

How can I add my form to facebook group?

I want this to be easily accessible in something like in a tab. However I do not want it to obscure other content on the page.

I can pin this but it will be distracting and the form is only required occasionally

Unfortunately, based on the Facebook support pages, you cannot add tabs in Facebook group. You can just pin the post where the form URL is posted.

In order to get the form URL, click the "Embed Form" button in the toolbar.

There will be a pop up from the right side that shows the Publish wizard. You can just copy the direct link here.
