    Form is Not Displaying the Original Green Background

    Hi, Our forms are usually green - today they are not green and significantly zoomed in...is there something going on?

    In addition, I am not receiving the emails I used to get....every once in a while this happens.  I have made no changes.

    I see you have two issues here with the first being that your form is not appearing the proper color of green? and it is zoomed in? Do you mean it is not displaying correctly it seems?

    When I visit your linked form provided this is what I see below -

    However, According to your Form Revision History I see there was approximate 8 updates to your form as of today. But, you are saying you haven't touched anything correct?

    I'm not aware of any current problems with our server but I am wondering if there might have been an issue on your form somewhere that is leading to this. However, after inspecting it I am not currently finding any problems that lead to this.

    I would suggest reverting to the previous version of your form which should fix the problem for you.

    Lets keep an eye on this to monitor it and please do let us know immediately here if and when it happens again and we will look again and report it to our developers.

    As for your other issue about not receiving your email notifications that is a separate problem so I have moved it to this new thread over here.
