According to your secondary issue here you are saying that you are not receiving any of the emails that you used to get, correct?
When I checked your form I noticed you have two different emails in two different email notifiers.
#1 = email@example.com
#2 = firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you not receiving one of them? Or both? Or?
I went ahead and check this in our system and I found your email address for the first notifier was listed in our bouncelist because our emails were rejected. I have removed your email address from our bouncelist but I would suggest referring to this guide here for help to resolve the issue.

I'm having the same issue, but it's strange because my email email@example.com doesn't seem to be in the bounce list (according to the checking system available in the settings page). This is my main email.
I'm using gmail and followed every filter instruction and also added the jotform mails as contacts already. Nothing works.
Can you help please?

Problem is solved.
My main email is actually a group, so the permissions weren't associated to
my email (I get some emails and groups in the same box).
The messages were stucked in a group junk mail folder.
This thread can be erased. Thank you anyway!
