Our crews in the field are having trouble viewing the forms on their phones. Please advise.

Having the same problem. CSS (styling files for your webpage/form html) aren't getting loaded. You can see the error in the web inspector on Chrome. I'd say there's a problem with the CDN of jot form.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Could you try enabling the responsive option. This is located in the PREFERENCE setting
In the GENERAL tab you will notice an option RESPONSIVE FORM. Once you have enabled this option your form will be responsive for mobile devices.

THERE ARE AT LEAST TWO OTHER COMPANIES HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE ON THE FORUM. PLEASE MAKE THE CORRECTION TO ALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Cold you please indicate if you are still having this issue? I was able to view your form in mobile devices correctly. Did you embed this form in your page? If you have, can you please provide us the URL so we may analyze the issue further.

Please see the attached screen shot. In addition to the URLs, if you go onto my forms online, the background was green. If you go to preview, it starts to open with the green background but changes to grey. It’s the same on the mobile devices when they open. The background was green until yesterday.
