How to retrieve credit card information without the payment getting processed.

I would like to create a Jotform that will include customer credit card information.  I do not want to set up the form so that the payments get processed, but I would like to be able to retrieve the credit information.  How would I set up the submissions so that I can receive an email (without credit card information). Once I receive an email, I will go in to Jotform to retrieve the credit card information.  How do I set it up so that the credit card information is secure?

We do not allow for the collection of credit card details through our forms.  We do allow for payment authorization through our payment processors:

Though, it is strictly against our terms of use to collect and stored credit card data directly through the form.
