    Hello

     

    I don’t receive any email from jotform Recently

     

    username: novingostaran

     

    E-mail: info@novingostaran.ir

     

    please follow the problem

    I have checked email address you provided and that email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    info@novingostaran.ir is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
