Greetings, I need the my account downgrade to the Bronze package. I only needed the silver package for a certain amount of time ( one month)
How do I downgrade?

Hi,
You can downgrade from the billing section of your account:
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Downgrade to a Bronze subscription when you are ready to downgrade and you will be receive a pro-rated charge depending on how much time is left on your previous subscription.
