Recover login and password

    not enough email with instructions to recover your password .

    Hi,

     

    Do you mean you did not receive the Forgot Password instruction email to your email address? I checked your account's email address (concursobolsas@domboscobelem.com.br) on our bounce list and the email address  was on our list. I have removed the email on our list and resent the Forgot Password instruction email, please check if you will now receive the email.

    Hi,

     

    I checked again your account's email address and it seems to be included again on our bounce list because the email was included in the Amazon SES suppression list.

    I have removed the email on our bounce list and on Amazon SES suppression list. Tried to resend the Forgot Password instruction again and based on our logs it was sent successfully.

    If you can still not find the email in your email Inbox, please also check your Spam folder and see if the email was sent there.
