I cannot save my form - Form Properties Not Found

    I keep getting the following error when trying to save the reimbursement form "Tuition Reimbursement":

    "Error on Save - Form Properties Not Found"

    I've tries multiple web browsers and clearing the browser and form cache. The problems remains.

     

    Please advise.

    Thank you for providing us more details.

    I can see the error on the screenshot you had provided.

    However, I could not reproduce the same issue on my end. I cloned your jotfrom http://www.jotform.us/form/52835005950150 on my account just to test saving the form is the error will happen. It did not.

    You can check my screenshot image below when I did it.

    Can you try also cloning your form  http://www.jotform.us/form/52835005950150 that have this issue. 

    Follow this guide: -How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

    When you cloned the form, try saving the cloned version. Check if it will still exibit the same issue.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    I am having the same issue. I am concerned about cloning the form since I have webhooks and other applications pulling information from this form. Is cloning the only solution?

    Cloning doesn't appear to solve the issue. I am getting the same error. Can you please advise? I really need to make changes to my form today.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I cloned your form and was able to make some modifications. with no issue.

    Could you please indicate what type of changes you want to make, maybe we can help to change it in our clone version.

    For me I am trying to save after creating a new notification or auto responder email. I have tried several browsers, clearing caches and restarting. Nothing appears to solve the issue.

    I am having the same problem when I attempt to delete elements from my form.


    Cloning didn't help also
