    yes. i understand on the condition emails. if the condition is met, it will email to amXXX@riosue.com

    how bout the NON- conditions (like this submission below) which i didn't get any email, it will be as default, right? send to the current email in 'NOTIFICATION' tab?

     

    pls advice

    When you delete the condition, do you receive the emails on the other addresses or not? 

    Let's first see if the problem is deliveribility or the conditions.

    i just deleted the conditions & did a test submission. I got the email as normal.

     

    But when set condition, 'NON-Condition' mssg not sent out...

    Hi,

    Did you have two emails on your form?  A default one and a conditional one?  I have cloned your form and you seem to only have one email now.  If a condition is set on any email including the default one it will not send at all if the condition is false.  Your emails should look like this:

    Yes.. goes to A  
    & No.. goes to B

    There won't any email not sent , right?
