I have my set up my submission to go to my DropBox, but they don't show up in my DropBox. Any thoughts?

    Your form Listing Documents Submission: RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations has prohibited characters in its title, specifically a forward slash and a colon. JotForm uses your form's name as the Dropbox folder name to which submissions are saved. Because most operating systems (i.e., Windows and Mac OS) prohibit the use of such characters as folder and file names, the submissions to this form are not showing up in your computer.

    To fix this, remove the colon and forward slash from your form's name. You can change the name by editing the form then clicking on the form's title.

    Thanks to both of you. I have tried all of these suggestions but it does not fix the issue. I have lots of room in my DropBox. I have tried many times in the last 24 hours, without success, and I have changed the names of the documents to remove the prohibited characters. 

    I looked at the app in my DropBox account and it shows as having full read/write access. 

    Any other suggestions? It would be much appreciated.

    Have you logged on to your account on Dropbox and checked if the submissions are there? If the submissions are present in your Dropbox account, you would need to reinstall the Dropbox app on your computer.

    If the submissions are missing even in the Dropbox website, try re-integrating Dropbox to your form.

    If all else fails, I may have to ask your permission to temporarily integrate your form to my own Dropbox account so I can do some tests and find out what's causing your problem.
