    None of my forms seem to be loading on my pages ?

    that's only because my forms are working just the way I want and haven't needed to login and make any adjustments ?

    anyway of knowing how long they were off line, as I don't check my website every day ?

    and If I login even if its only once a month will this stop it happening again ?

    Hey again,

    This is a one-time operation which has been done while moving our databases.

    So it's not necessary to login every single month to JotForm to keep your account as active.
