I created a contact form and added it to my site. I can view it in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox.

I created a simple contact form (name and email required only).  I added it to the top of my page below:

If it is viewed in Internet Explorer, it can be viewed just fine.  However, if I try to view it in Firefox/Mozilla, it flashes briefly as the page loads and then disappears.  What can I do to fix this?  I really could use some help.

I just tested it with my Firefox 3.6.10 and the page worked just fine. I also clicked on the "Contact" link and the contact form on that page also looks fine.

Which version of firefox are you using?
