as I was logged in I thought I would tidy up my forms, deleting unused forms and putting used forms into folders,
the folder in question BC-V3, now my forms are not displaying correctly on my website ?
I checked the form id numbers with the source code of the pages to make sure I didn't delete any forms in use, not sure why this has happened.

What do you mean by "now my forms are not displaying correctly on my website"? I checked your web site and they look fine. Exactly what is the problem on your forms?

my forms should have coloured backgrounds ie "Black" above and "blue" on the one below. without sliders.
see here and you'll understand how they should look www.beautifulcanvas.co.uk/1-10.htm

the only time I loaded them into the editor was to get the source code, I made no adjustments ?
the V3-multiform maybe the issue as it seems when loading a selected form from the dropdown box they load ok, so not sure why the multi form is not displaying properly or why its added a slider ?

We had some database update and this might have caused some temporary difficulties. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please try adding again the form to the site using the iFrame method.
On my tests it solved the situation.
Let us know if the problem persists.
I moved your question to a new thread where it would be addressed by our team:

ok all is near back to as it was, however I have cured the issue on the slider of the V3-multiform by changing the height from 100% to 110% within the iframe, there is now no slider (please check),also when clicking the submit button without all rqd fields filled in , the web page slips to the left ?

I can still see vertical scrollbar on Firefox:
As you are using an iFrame widget I tried to change the iFrame values to see if it solved but it had no results.
I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyse better this situation.
We'll contact you as soon as we have more details.
