I have a form which is signed on jotform using sync with adobe esign, many forms which have been submitted are not showing in my jotform account. Also, attachments upoaded to the forms from customers who are submitting are showing on the forms as the link but cannot be opened and do nothing, i am getting confirmation of forms being submitted via adobe and then going to jotform to get the relevant forms with the uploads and there are many that just no show!!!!!
This is very frustrating

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issue. But I was able to view your submissions and download your file uploads now. Would you mind try checking it again? Please let us know if the issue persists to your end so we can ask our developers to check again.
