    I was paying 20 per month for 10,000 submissions

     

    today I was notified that my forms stopped working.

    my account page says that this because my account was deactivated?

    i had to purchase another 20 dollar plan, just to see a red warning sign saying that i'm almost out of space and i need to upgrade to 39 per month for the same thing i was paying 20 for yesterday...

     

    what is going on?

    Hi,

    It seems you have downgraded when choose the Bronze Plan. When you choose 20$ plan, you are changing payment plan.

    I have refunded the $19 back to you and switch the plan to Silver Monthly back.

    Now, your account is active. It is not related with payments.

    Can you describe the issue about your forms?

    If you provide us more details, we can assist you more properly. I will wait for your response.

    Beril, I had to choose the bronze plan, because it had told me that i had a free account, and i was out of forms.

     

    now it's doing it again, I paid again. nothing.

     

    please help.

     

    I just need my quota of 100 lifted.
