Can I get rid of hidden fields in the response email?

We have some hidden field in our form that only appear if a certain selection is hit. When we receive the email of the form filled out, those hidden fields show up even if the user didn't fill them out. Can we make it so we don't see the fields that were not filled out?

Yes that is possible, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts. However, please note that this will work for the default data table in the email template.
