Why can't I pay to upgrade to Premium?

    To Whom it May Concern,

    I am trying to purchase your Premium Service for a full year for the promotional price of $45. When I type in the information and enter my credit card info it gives a message stating "This transaction has failed. Please contact your credit card provider for assistance or try another card." I have contacted my card holder and they said that they have not even seen anything try to come through. Are y'all having some sort of technical difficulty on your end? How can I pay for my JotForm subscription?

    I contacted Plimus and they said that sometimes they have issues with VISA cards. Tried using a non-VISA credit card and it worked fine.

    Hi WBChruch,

    I'm sorry to hear that. We have two options. If you cannot pay by credit card option, you can choose the PayPal option but still send the payment with your credit card. Paypal allows payments by credit card. Please give that try.
