Login Page isn't Working

The Login page when first coming to the site isn't allowing me to login. I put my information in, hit enter and it does nothing. 

I have to login by clicking on the options in the menu bar.

Were you using these URL http://www.jotform.com/login ?

I just test it on my browser using my own account/username, but I could not reproduce the issue. See the screenshot below when I was doing the test.

Can you please try again. You may want to try other browser as well just to confirm if the issue is replicable.
