They aren't loading in my JotForm control panel either even though they are "there"
So...everyone with this issue has gotten a response from somebody. Well...except for me. I am a paying customer...for a couple years now.

The threads are assigned to a supporter by order of arrival, and when you add another response the thread gets back to the end of the line. Probably this was what happened here.
