    Same entries coming through multiple times

    Hi, we're getting multiple submissions from the same applicant. It's as if when the person submits their application, it somehow gets multiplied into 4 sometimes 5 submissions. All from the same person. So even though we've only gotten about 10-12 legitimate submissions, it's reported that we received 23 submissions. 


    Why is this happening?

    Have you embedded the form somewhere on the web? If so, please try to use an iFrame embedding method.

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

    It should help if there are conflicts between form and other scripts on the page.

    In case you use direct form link, we will need to look further.

    While checking your form, I have noticed a little issue with email alert. The email template seems to be related to another form template, so you might consider removing it.

    Ok so I did that and I also read something about "Unique Submission" where you can turn on "Loose Check" and filter out cookies. Do you think that might help as well?


    I actually tried that and received a submission that did not get multiplied.

    Yes, the "Loose Check" might also help in theory, it should not allow more than one submission from the same browser (unless browser cookies are cleared).
