Canot proceed further matching form fields with Mailchimp List fields

    In the MailChimp integration wizard, I can't get past this 'Match Form Fields' step - see copy-pasted image below. Over in my MailChimp account and my selected list, I already have fields for email address, name and phone number. 

     

    Can you please advise the fix for this?

     

    Match Form Fields

    Please map your form's fields to MailChimp fields.

    Email Address:Please Choose a FieldBirthdayPlease add email field
    Full Name:Please Choose a FieldBirthdayPlease add a fullname field or a textbox field
    Phone Number:Please Choose a FieldBirthdayPlease add a phone field

    I've tried integrating MailChimp with one of my forms and was able to integrate without any issues. It seems that you have copied the text and pasted. The dropdown on the left side of integration is having the fields from MailChimp list and right dropdown is the form fields to match.

    Is there any error message displayed on your JotForm while matching the fields? If you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue, we can provide you with necessary assistance. Please see the webpage below to take a screenshot.

    Thanks Kiran, I think I know what I did (or did wrong).  In my form for capturing a phone number, I simply added a plain text or text area, not a specific phone field.

     

    It seems to have worked so far. Now to test my form for real.
