When a checkbox is selected my conditional rule works, when deselected, my other rules don't work

I have a condition set that if a specific check box is selected, a bunch of fields are hidden and make unrequired.

If deselect that radio button, then the hidden fields return, but also include other hidden fields that should be triggered by other conditions.

I would really like to apologize for the inconvenience. Could you help us understand your concern more by giving use more details, please? Like, what are the specific fields involved in the process and the steps to reproduce the issue. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

My form has fields like: server 2 name, server 3 name, etc. that conditionally increment if someone enters data into the field prior.

When I select the checkbox for Type of Maintenance at the top of my form, it hides the fields that I have set it to hide, but when unchecked, the entire form shows instead of going back to the original state the form looks.

    Hi,

I checked your form and checked the condition setup and I was able to replicate the issue. It seems that there is a conflicting condition in your form. Can you try to modify the condition for the Type of Maintenance field? Remove the other fields in the Hide Multiple that has already a show/hide condition (i.e Server 4 - 10  name, OS Free (2nd-last field), Data Free (2nd-Last field)) and see if it will help?

When a checkbox is selected my conditional rule works, when deselected, my other rules dont work Image 1 Screenshot 20

You can check this clone form that I have used for testing - https://form.jotformpro.com/52931097723964?.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

Thanks that worked... one other thing I've noticed which I'm assuming is related to my conditions. When launching my form it initially shows the form as if my "physical" checkbox is selected, then cycles to the full form.

I am glad to hear that suggestions by my colleague have worked and that it is working for you now. In regards to the what you have mentioned, please do note that this is expected behavior on the form.

What happens is that all your fields are loaded and as soon as the conditions are loaded and active - which is after all fields are loaded - the conditions will hide the fields. This is causing you to notice the fields for a brief moment.

Please do note that this is also directly connected to the form size, speed of your internet and the available resources on your device that you are opening the form on, so some might see it for a second, while others might not see it at all.

For me there was just a flash, not allowing me to see what was showing until I checked the box.
