Relocate fields with the Customize PDF submission feature.

    I was able to see the headers on the PDF after reading these answers, but now my PDF looks sloppy as the header for one table will be on one page and the table on the next. Can you help in formatting the PDF headers so that each header goes with its specific table?

    Were you referring to the Get PDF Report?

    I checked this and downloaded the PDF Report of your jotform and it appear like this


    Can you please describe more what is wrong with the output report. We will check further once we understand the mistake.

    You can also Customize the PDF Report. You can see the option in the Submission Get PDF tool.


    Let us know if issue persist.

    That's the PDF that I'm talking about looking sloppy.  If you scroll down under the "service" heading and the table that follows, there is a "sales" heading directly under the table and the table that goes with the sales header is on the next page.  How can I get them to be on the same page?  I tried the area where you can Customize PDF, but it seem that when I try to move the sections down, they end up in strange places.

    Thanks for clarifying, I see what you mean:

    Unfortunately, the customize PDF feature does not allow to relocate the elements down:

     I will send a request to our second level to accomplish something like this:


    This may be approved or declined, and if approved, there is no time-frame for it's implementation. You will be notified via this thread about any update.

    I'm also searching for a way to clean up the PDF the form generates. It's very clunky and wastes alot of paper.  Our goal is to present the information entered in a professional and intentional format.  However, as it appears, your service does not allow for that?
