I tried to clone a form (tried multiple bc I thought it was just that form but happened every time I cloned any form) and I got this error message:

    Thanks for reporting.

Our developers are already aware of this problem and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Can you please tell us which form in your account that is showing this error so we can test and add it on the report ticket? You can mention the name of the form.

Elton, I am having the same problem for all my forms without exception.  This problem seems to be years old, why can't you fix it?

I cloned your most recent form to do some testing and it looks like the length of the form may be causing the issue.  The PDF copy of forms are not nearly as robust as the web version and forms that are rather long occasionally do not work in PDF form.  When I removed 50 fields from the form, I was then able to create a PDF without issue:

50 was just a random number of fields to delete, it would likely require less than that to be removed.  You can clone my copy and create a PDF to see it working:

If you can condense your forms down to a more manageable size, they would function much better while creating and using them in PDF form.

The length had nothing to do with the problem. I cloned a form and took out most of the fields and it still wouldn't do it. It had everything to do with a cloned form, not the length. I am not in my office today and will have to work on it tomorrow.

When you do get a chance, please try creating a PDF with a copy of my version to see if it works.  Our developers will still look in to this, I am just trying to narrow things down a bit.
