    I have added the mobile responsive widget, added the form to my page via iframe, deleted any additional script. I am at a loss for why anything below the signature is not showing on mobile

    I have also added this to my website

    @media screen and (max-width:768px) {
        #JotFormIFrame {
            min-height: 4950px;

    Hello crystalclearimages4u,

    I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and it does display the form fields after the signature widget. Please check the screenshot below:

    In which mobile device you are not able to see the fields after the signature widget? There seems to be some width related issue and we will address that too.

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    I can see the issue using my android device. Did you try it without removing the script part? If not, please try and see if that makes any difference.

    I did try it with the script first and it didn't work so that's when I tried removing it.

    I am raising this issue to our second level, I see the bottom part does not show on mobile viewing:

    Also, just to check, have you tried setting the scroll property to "yes", example:

    Please update us, if still not working, our second level can take a look into this, you will be notified via this tread about any solution.

    We're glad to know that it worked. However, we're sorry if the fix doesn't get to solve all your other forms issue. Can you provide us the forms where you're having the same issue so we can check? If it is embedded on a website, please also provide us the website(s) to where the forms are embedded. Since this has been forwarded to our developers, please be assured that this will be worked on and will be updating you via this thread for updates if there are any.

    Thank you.

    This has now been fixed. The iframe will be resized to properly match forms with the mobile responsive widget styling applied.
