Unable to receive files in Dropbox

    Hi,  I recommended your service to my client for his website because of your dropbox form.  I maintain his website.  I cannot log into his account to see why the files aren't going thru.  I sent a request to help reset his password but he is not receiving anything from you.  His email is: sales@packageplusprinting.com

    I checked the mail log of the email you mentioned - sales@packageplusprinting.com and I was able to see that the Forgot Password instruction email was sent successfully. I resend the Forgot Password instruction email. Please check if you will receive the email now.

    Regarding on the Dropbox issue, can you try to reintegrate Dropbox to your form (remove and add integration again) and see if it will help? I also checked the site you provided and I noticed that the form is embedded using the script code. If the issue still persists, Can you try to re-embed your form using the iFrame embed method? You can get the iFrame embed code of your form by following the instructions provided in the screenshot below.
