Submissions Don't Affect the Appointment Slots Widget

    I had a user change their scheduled time.  I edited the form, but noticed that it didn't reinstate the time as available.  I read on another thread that I should delete the submission.  I did that and it's still not showing as available.  Can you please help?

    Hi Kelly,

    I checked your form and found that you didn't add the "{1}" (1 represents the available appointment number) right next to your available hours, that's why submissions don't effect the widget.

    Please, add it like the following example from the widget settings. As it is seen, you should add it for every appointment hour.


    9:00 AM{1}

    9:15 AM{1}

    9:30 AM{1}

    9:45 AM{1}

    10:00 AM{1}

    10:15 AM{1}

    10:30 AM{1}

    10:45 AM{1}


    After trying this method, please let us know about its final state.
