Non funziona aiutatemi

Buongiorno da stanotte jotform non funziona. Non mi arrivano i contatti. Ho fatto una prova di iscrizione e non Arriva nulla. Ho rinnovato l"altro ieri l"abbonamento vi prego risolvete il problema la mia azienda subisce un danno.
