Customer entry their email address on a form but when the form comes throught o us the email address is not visible - please help

    You need to set up your autoresponder as you see below:

    I have tried this and it is still not working

    Whenever a form is completed and sent to us, despite the email section being filled in, iy does not show on the form, therefore we cannot reply to our customer

    I believe this is the form you're referring to,, is that correct? 

    If I understood you correctly when you're receiving an email notification if someone submits your form, the email address is not showing, is that correct?

    I have cloned your form and inspected it. I've noticed that the Field Name from the Your Email field properties is not the same as the one on your email notification.

    Here's what's on your Notifier.

    What you can do: 

    Once you've done that, save your form and perform your test.
