Bought a subscription but don't see the upgrade

    I just purchased a subscription for a premium membership to jotform but it doesn't look like anything has changed on my account. It still says I have a free account and I'm only allowed to recieve a 10 payments and 100mb of storage. Please get back to me to confirm my account has been upgraded and new features are available.

    Jonas,

    Our records show that your account is now on Premium status. If it still does not show on your end, kindly log out your account, clear your browser's cache, then log back in.

    Your account meter should increase to 1000 regular/secure submissions and payments. Let us know if your problem persists even after following my advice.
