What format do I need to write teh file extensions? Everything I use reports an error, even when the the chose file extension matches one of the extensions listed.

Hi,
Could you please indicate if you are still having this issue. I was able to clone and submit a form with a file correctly to my dropbox account.

Thank you for the confirmation Sara.
Just in case others get the same issue - looking at the screenshot above, the issue was caused because there was no comma between the extensions, only the space.
This made it think that your form was only to accept "JPG JPEG PNG" extension. As soon as the commas are added it starts to work.
