my JOTFORM account was switched to free, even though I have an invoice saying it's been paid twice.

Yesterday, the agents in my call room noted that there forms were not submitting, they were coming back with an error message saying that "quota has been reached".

I have been paying 20 bucks a month for a couple months now for the silver plan.

I noticed that my account had been switched to free.

I assumed this was a billing issue, and i paid again, same amount but it told me that i was now a bronze member.

Now it happens again today, saying that i have the free service.

attached is a picture of my payment history.

how is it possible that i'm on a free account when i literally just paid you 40 dollars?

please help, this is now the 3rd time posting this, and I have not received one valid response.

    you may call me, 8134079396.

my business runs off jotform, you guys seemed like the solution, now you are the problem.

I had to revert to using google forms, which offers substandard reporting, delivery, and custom options.
