I was looking through our information and noticed some possible problems with out billing set up. It says that we are on the Premium plan, but that you changed the format so that there isn't really a Premium plan anymore. It says that the comparative plan is labelled and that we will keep our current cost. Is that plan the $19 per month or the $39 per month plan; and how should I go about correcting this without messing our plan up?
Please let me know.

Your account is still on the premium plan and you will forever be billed on the same price every month (premium monthly - $9.95) as soon as you will not cancel this plan. Otherwise you will have to consider paying the new pricing whenever you re-upgrade your account. That means premium monthly ($9.95) before is now bronze monthly ($19). Right now, there's nothing to be done on your end to correct it unless you will upgrade to a new plan. Your account is still good as premium.
