Can't see my surveys

    Hi,

     

    Attached is a picture of my jotform homepage. I can't see any of my surveys. I have logged in and out, tried to access from a different computer and tried different web browsers. What else can I consider?Cant see my surveys Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi,

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I did notice that your folders do not have any forms. I am currently checking to see what happen.

    I would just like to confirm, if you removed this forms from this folders and when did you notice this happen?

    Once I get any information I will let you know.

    Hi Again,

    I just did a small test to re-sync your folders. Unfortunately this did not help. Could you please verify if some one removed this forms.

    They could have accidentally been placed in the trash bin.

    We will be awaiting your response.
