I just happened to check and embedded form on my website and the form no longer renders. I log in to my Jotform account and all my forms are missing, so is the activity on them? I am not over my allotted usage in any way. What is going on please?
And by the way, I see a few other support forum posts with similar issues but clicking any of them goes to a page of Favorites?

This problem should be solved by now, I have checked your website, and the forms is there:

Please confirm us you can see them on your end.

Thanks, that one is now showing. What do I have to do go through all of them and fix them? What happened to the items I had under "My Forms"? The ones in "Favorites" has a lot of junk mixed in. I never marked any of those as "Favorites."

Apologize for the inconvenience, there have been a DataBase maintenance that caused the issue, I have put your account to sync with our database, so this may take a few minutes, an hour max.
Please allow some time, and go check back again, this will be solved.
