I created a free account, but now my work place has created a Silver account and is trying to add me as a sub account. How do we make that happen?

    Hi,

We can move your forms to their account and then you can have them share them with your from their account.  If you don't need any forms moved, just have them add you as a sub-user:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

Any forms you create in the shared folder will receive the updated benefits.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks. I have transferred my form to the work account. I would prefer to keep my same user name, email address, etc for the account I have now. Is there a way I can either transfer that or can you delete the account completely so I can create a new account with the same profile?
    Thanks,
    Blake

    Hi Blake,

We can transfer all your forms including all the data to the other account (I assume your company account).

Once we transfer the forms and data, you will still retain your current account/username  bdavenport .

Your account will only loose the forms and submission data because they were transferred already.

Let us know if you want us to proceed with the transfer of all your forms.

    Thanks.
