Some submissions are not delivered

    Hi,
    I think the larger issue is that customers are saying that they’re sending us 5 emails, and we’re not seeing them arrive in our Gmail inbox. Any thoughts on why this might occur?

    First of all, I would like to suggest checking your form submission data at JotForm to see if their entries were received. You can use search by customer email or name for example.

    It is better to check both 'Website' and 'Stores' forms.

    If the form entries are there but emails are missing, we can try to track the emails logs then.
